Common Questions:

How far in advance should I book a session?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date! Most clients reserve their booth at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons. However, if your event is sooner, reach out — we may still have availability.

Do you travel for events?

Yes! We’re based in Lexington, KY and serve the surrounding counties. We’re happy to travel further distances, and a travel fee may apply any event 40 miles outside of Lexington

Do you require a deposit and how do payments work?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event, before setup. We accept payments online for your convenience.

How much space do you need when doing an event?

Our photo booth setup typically requires an 8x8 ft space with access to a standard power outlet. This allows enough room for the booth, backdrop, and your guests to move comfortably. If you’re unsure about your space, we’re happy to help you figure it out.

“Hello, I’m Kea Stewart, the founder of You Smile Photo Booth & Co. While raising two boys, I wanted to find something outside of parenting that filled my joy. I started this business because I’ve always believed that the best part of any event is being able to relive those moments through photos.
